Emma joined NSDL in early 2018. She has been instrumental in growing this arm of the business and supporting our Dermatologists to deliver the very best outcomes for our patients. Emma has completed a Bachelor of Health Science degree as well as Diploma in Beauty Therapy.
Emma has extensive knowledge in the laser cosmetic field, making her an expert consultant for all skincare needs. Passionate about her ability to help others, Emma enjoys meeting and talking to new people, and providing them with the information needed to keep up with life’s changes.
Lisa is an experienced and qualified Dermal Clinician with nine years’ experience within the industry, graduating from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Dermal Science and is currently in her final year at Sydney University completing a Master of Nursing.
Lisa began working at NSDL in early 2021 and performs her own independent laser clinic and assists the dermatologists with their laser treatments. She also holds a Diploma of Beauty Therapy, Diploma of Salon Management, a Graduate Certificate in Laser and intense pulse light treatments and has completed the Australasian College of Dermatologists laser safety course.
Lisa’s expertise extends to various laser technologies, holding Certificates in Candela VBeam and GMax lasers, Lutronics QS laser and Solta’s Fraxel laser. She remains up to date on cutting-edge techniques, having undergone specialised training in Sciton, including BBL, Halo, Moxi and STAX combination treatments. She participated in a masterclass with Dr. Siperstein, a prominent dermatologist based in Florida, in June 2023. Further, she attended the Advanced Clinical masterclass with Daryl Mossburg, focusing on Sciton BBL and Laser devices in July 2023. She has successfully completed on-site theory and practical examinations for all of NSDL's lasers, including Fraxel, QS, BBL, BBL/MOXI, BBLHalo, VBeam and GMax. Additionally, Lisa has received training and assessment for Radiofrequency skin needling, Skinpen, Hydrafacials, as well as Skinceuticals and Rationale chemical peels and skincare.
Lisa conducts comprehensive skin assessments and develops personalised treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. She advocates for a multi-modality approach to attain optimal skin health and is committed to assisting patients in reaching their specific skin goals. Lisa is dedicated to ongoing learning in the field of lasers, utilising her knowledge to facilitate transformative changes in skin health.
Sieanna is a Vibrant, Knowledgeable and creative individual who has joined our fantastic team at NSDL in 2022. With 11 years' experience under her belt in dermatology clinics, Sieanna knows skin in and out and is very passionate about making people feel good in their own natural raw skin. Sieanna has worldwide experience from working overseas in the USA and Europe as a Skin / Body Specialist and Spa manager on cruise ships and super yachts. She then made her way back to Australia where she worked in WA before transitioning over to Sydney to be on our team.
Sieanna has a Diploma in Paramedical Skin & Beauty therapies, Skin Nutrition, Laser and more. She Specialises in Acne and particularly Male Acne. She is a creative writer and writes skincare ingredients blogs which compliments her Degree in Skincare Formulations that she is currently finishing to be a skincare formulator. Sieanna is very passionate about educating her clients and giving them the 6-star experience and touch but is a very result-driven specialist who likes to provide clients with as many modalities options as possible to achieve their ultimate skin goals.
A Dermal Clinician is the title given to an individual who has completed a four-year bachelor degree in Dermal Science. This degree focuses on dermal anatomy and physiology, wound biology and management, chronic and acute skin conditions and management as well as the use of laser and light based modalities and other energy based dermal procedures. Dermal Clinicians are specifically trained about how to treat a broad range of skin conditions and disorders using non-surgical treatment options and light based devices.
At NSDL, our Dermal Clinicians perform all the treatments within the Dermal Clinic and work in conjunction with our experienced Dermatologists to bring highest standard of care, safety and results.
