SIEANNA PARDI

Sieanna is a highly experienced laser specialist having worked for 15 years in the industry. She performs her own independent laser clinic, and is a leading assistant of our dermatologists with laser treatments. Her before and after results demonstrate her attention to achieving the best outcome for her patients.  She goes above and beyond for her patients and cares tremendously about their outcomes. Sieanna has a  Certificate in Laser Safety from the Australasian Society of  Cosmetic dermatology.  She remains up to date in her education and works continuously to refine her skills.She has a diploma in dermal skin and beauty therapies, an Advanced Diploma in high performance skincare formulations, a Diploma of paramedical skin specialist, a Certification in master in ingredients and skin technology and advanced chemical peels. She has  a certificate of Fraxel,  Certificate  in Candela Vascular laser and GMax, a Certificate in  Lutronics QS. She is highly advanced and incredibly passionate about Sciton technologies and remains up to date with regular BBL training,  BBL/Moxi, BBL/Halo training,  Sciton STAX combination treatments (June 2023). She attended a masterclass with Florida based dermatologist Dr Siperstein June 2023. She will also attend a further conference in September 2023.  Sieanna has completed on site theory and practical examinations for Fraxel, QS, BBL, BBL/MOXI, BBLHalo, VBeam, GMax, RF, Skinpen, Hydrafacial, and Skinceuticals and Rationale chemical peels and skincare.

EMMA RODGERS

Emma is in her final year of completing a Bachelor of Applied Health Science (Clinical Aesthetics). She performs her own independent laser clinic, and assists doctors with laser treatments. She regularly attends in-house and off-site training workshops to ensure she is up to date with current treatment guidelines. She has a certificate in Australasian College of Dermatologists laser safety course, a Certificate in Candela VBeam and GMax lasers, Certificate in Lutronics QS laser, and remains up to date in Sciton with regular BBL training,  BBL/Halo training,  Sciton STAX combination treatments (June 2023). She attended a masterclass with Florida based dermatologist Dr Siperstein June 2023 and will attend the Advanced Clinical masterclass with Sciton BBL and Laser devices (Daryl Mossburg July 2023). Emma has completed on site theory and practical examinations for Fraxel, QS, BBL, BBL/MOXI, BBLHalo, VBeam, GMax, RF, Skinpen, Hydrafacial, and Skinceuticals and Rationale chemical peels and skincare. She loves seeing the confidence patients gain following treatment and takes pride in achieving outstanding results for them.

LARA BOMBARDIER

Lara is a registered Nurse and a qualified laser nurse.She has worked along side the principal dermatologists performing their laser treatments for the past 3 years.  She also performs her own independent laser clinic. She remains up to date in her education and  works continuously to refine her skills. She has a  Certificate in Laser Safety from the Australasian Society of Cosmetic Dermatologists ( March 2023),  a Certificate from the ASCD Symposium  and Conference,  a Certificate in Candela VB and GMax, a Certificate Lutronics QS. Remains up to date in Sciton  with regular BBL training,  BBL/Halo training,  Sciton STAX combination treatments (June 2023). She attended a masterclass with Florida based dermatologist Dr Siperstein June 2023 and will attended the Advanced Clinical masterclass Sciton (Daryl Mossburg July 2023). Lara has completed on site theory and practical examinations for Fraxel, QS, Halo, BBL, BBL/MOXI, VB, GMax, RF, CO2 on site. She is a passionate about seeing  patients well being improve following treatment and takes pride in achieving outstanding results for them.

ASH CUNNINGHAM

Ash is a registered nurse and a qualified laser nurse. She has worked along side the principal dermatologists performing their laser treatments for the past 3 years.  She also performs her own independent laser clinic.   Ash has a  Certificate in Laser Safety from the Australasian Society of  Cosmetic Dermatology.  She remains up to date in her education and works continuously to refine her skills. From 2021- 2023 she has attended and achieved the following:  A Certificate from the ASCD Symposium  and Conference,   a Certificate  in Candela Vascular laser and GMax, a Certificate in  Lutronics QS. She has attended a full Sciton device training weekend as well as many other hands on training events using BBL/ BBL Moxi/ BBL Halo and Sciton Stax treatments. She attended a masterclass with Florida based dermatologist Dr Siperstein and attended the Advanced Clinical masterclass Sciton with Daryl Mossburg in 2023.   She has  completed on site theory and practical examinations for Fraxel, QS, Halo, BBL, BBL/MOXI, VB, GMax, RF, CO2 on site. She is a passionate about laser, loves learning and achieving  outstanding results for her patients.

LU GEDDES

Lu Geddes is a highly experienced Registered Nurse completing her training in 1993.  She has been working alongside the principal Dermatologist performing laser treatments.  She  started to perform her own independent laser treatments in 2023. She remains up to date in her education and  works to continuously refine her skills. She completed Introduction to Laser physics and safety in 2022 and obtained Certificates in Laser Safety from Australasian Society of Cosmetic Dermatology as well as the ASCD Symposium and conference in March 2023. She remains up to date in Sciton  with regular BBL training, Moxi, Halo and  STAX combination treatments training. She attended a masterclass with Florida based dermatologist Dr Siperstein and the Advanced Clinical masterclass Sciton (Daryl Mossburg) in 2023. In addition to all of the above she has an  certificate in Advanced Wound Management 2016, is a trainer for asthma and anaphylaxis, attends yearly first aid (CPR) updating, has a certificate in, Mental Health First Aid and Covid vaccination competencies. She loves seeing the confidence patients gain following treatment and takes pride in achieving outstanding results for them.

LISA

Lisa is an experienced and qualified Dermal Clinician with nine years’ experience within the industry, graduating from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Dermal Science and is currently in her final year at Sydney University completing a Master of Nursing. 

Lisa began working at NSDL in early 2021 and performs her own independent laser clinic and assists the dermatologists with their laser treatments. She also holds a Diploma of Beauty Therapy, Diploma of Salon Management, a Graduate Certificate in Laser and intense pulse light treatments and has completed the Australasian College of Dermatologists laser safety course.

Lisa’s expertise extends to various laser technologies, holding Certificates in Candela VBeam and GMax lasers, Lutronics QS laser and Solta’s Fraxel laser. She remains up to date on cutting-edge techniques, having undergone specialised training in Sciton, including BBL, Halo, Moxi and STAX combination treatments. She participated in a masterclass with Dr. Siperstein, a prominent dermatologist based in Florida, in June 2023. Further, she attended the Advanced Clinical masterclass with Daryl Mossburg, focusing on Sciton BBL and Laser devices in July 2023. She has successfully completed on-site theory and practical examinations for all of NSDL's lasers, including Fraxel, QS, BBL, BBL/MOXI, BBLHalo, VBeam and GMax. Additionally, Lisa has received training and assessment for Radiofrequency skin needling, Skinpen, Hydrafacials, as well as Skinceuticals and Rationale chemical peels and skincare.

Lisa conducts comprehensive skin assessments and develops personalised treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. She advocates for a multi-modality approach to attain optimal skin health and is committed to assisting patients in reaching their specific skin goals. Lisa is dedicated to ongoing learning in the field of lasers, utilising her knowledge to facilitate transformative changes in skin health.
